Garden rooms, designed and built by one team.
We are a London construction studio that designs and builds bespoke garden rooms, and we handle the whole thing ourselves. From the first drawing to the last coat of paint, one team looks after your project. Nothing is lost between trades, and every room is made around you rather than pulled off a shelf.

Design and quote
A 3D visual of your room with a fixed written quote, so you see it first.
Step 3
Build
Base, structure, roof, glazing, insulation and finishes, all by our own team.
Step 4
Handover
Electrical certificate, welcome pack and keys. Usually two to three weeks.
