Do I need planning permission?The maximum height must be 2.5 metres (like a ordinary room in your home) and externally no larger than 30 square metres to fall within permitted development and you will not need any planning permission

Are the electrics installed?Yes, electrics to your garden room will be installed, connected up to your home and signed off by our fully qualified electrician.

Will your garden room increase the value of our home?Adding a garden room to your home will increase the value of your home. It will also make it extremely desirable for any potential buyers.

How long does it take to build a garden room?The entire process of a typical 18m2 garden room usually takes between 2-3 weeks, however this will depend on any additional services you may require.

I have a very small garden, can I still have a garden room?Of course, no job is too big and no job is too small, our garden rooms can be as compact as 3m x 3m.

Are your garden rooms warm enough to use in the winter?Yes, they are insulated from floor to ceiling to roof! As well as electric underfloor heating as standard.

Can you soundproof a garden room?Our garden rooms have exceptionally good sound proofing properties whilst maintaining effective thermal properties. In addition to this we can also look at more effective soundproofing options for music/recording studios like building cavity walls and more.

Do your garden rooms come with a warranty?Our reputation speaks for itself but for complete peace of mind we provide every customer with a 12 year warranty.

What access do you need to build a garden room?As all our garden rooms are timber framed, we can access through fairly tight spaces. There is often an issue with limited side access at many London properties, which might present a problem for other manufacturers. However, because we custom-build all garden rooms we can adapt our solution to meet the specifics of your access.
