Our Process
Bringing your dream garden room to life begins with an on-site consultation. This usually takes no more than 30 minutes of your time and sets the foundation for a smooth and collaborative process. We work closely with you to ensure that every detail is perfect. During the consultation, we explain the materials we use in construction so you can fully understand both the structure and aesthetics. We’ll also assess the available space and take precise measurements for your garden room's placement.
After our visit, we’ll email you a detailed quote, along with a 3D visual of your garden room based on our discussion. Once you’ve reviewed and accepted the quote, tailored to your specific requirements, we request a small fee to secure your start date.
Construction Process
On day one, we’ll be on-site from 7:30 am to begin site preparation and groundwork. We use a unique construction method by setting reinforced concrete lintels in cement for the base. This approach minimizes excavation, improves drainage, and allows for optimal airflow—key elements for constructing a durable timber-framed base.
Once the base is in place, the structure begins to take shape quickly, typically within 2-3 days, depending on the size of your garden room.
After the structure is up, we install the roof. We use EDPM, a rubber roofing membrane ideal for flat or low-sloped roofs, which offers excellent waterproofing and has a life expectancy of over 50 years with a 30-year weatherproof guarantee.
Next, we fit the doors and windows—this is when your vision truly starts to come to life.
With the finish line in sight, we insulate the interior, install plasterboards, and once the plaster has dried, we begin the final stages of the project.
Finishing Touches
Your garden room will be painted with 3-4 coats of high-quality paint, and we’ll lay laminate flooring with electric underfloor heating. All fixtures will be installed, and an electrician will provide the electrical certificate.
On completion, we’ll do a final clean-up to add the finishing sparkle. You’ll receive the keys and your Eleven Trees welcome pack, and then it’s time for you to move in, relax, and enjoy your new space.

You might be wondering if there’s more to it—but no, it really is that straightforward! For an 18m² garden room, the entire process usually takes just 2-3 weeks.
