A London studio with a long list of builds.
Eleven Trees designs and builds bespoke garden rooms across South London and beyond. Offices, studios, gyms, wellness rooms and saunas, made to order rather than pulled off a shelf.
Our Story
Started in 2016 by carpenters, not salesmen.
Eleven Trees began with a handful of joiners who were tired of watching good drawings get ruined on site. The fix was simple. Keep the design and the build under one roof, and let the people who draw the room be the ones who put it up.
Ten years and more than a hundred rooms later, that has not changed. There is no sales team and no subcontractor chain. You meet the people who will be in your garden, and the same faces are there on the last day as the first.

We price after we visit
We measure the garden, check the ground and the access, and talk through how you want to use the room before any number is written down.
One team, start to finish
The same carpenters handle groundworks, structure, cladding, glazing and the final coat, so nothing is passed between trades and nothing falls through the gaps.
The quote is fixed in writing
You get a 3D visual of the room in your own garden alongside a fixed written quote, agreed before we begin and unchanged once we start.
One number to call
One number, one team, and the same faces on site from the first visit through to the day we hand over the keys and the certificate.
Twelve years of cover
Twelve years of structural cover from the day of completion, in writing, plus a five-year electrical certificate on every build.
