Consultation
We visit your garden for around thirty minutes to measure up and talk through materials. No obligation, and no pressure.
Design and quote
We send a 3D visual so you can see the room in your garden before anything is built, alongside a fixed written quote.
Groundworks and base
Our team lays a reinforced concrete base, the proper foundation for a room you will use for decades, not a shed on slabs.
Build and fit-out
Structure, roof, insulation, cladding, glazing, electrics and joinery, all carried out by our own carpenters and joiners.
Handover
We finish with paint, hand over your certificate and welcome pack, and give you the keys. Usually two to three weeks.
